I am a Senior UX/UI designer for an AI security company, I was tasked with designing secure, and user-friendly interfaces that ensured trust, safety, and compliance with the new industry standards for an AI company.
As a Senior designer for Kaiser Permanente, I focused on creating user-friendly interfaces that simplified complex processes like claims and submissions as well as policy management. My role involved ensuring that the app was intuitive, accessible and met the needs of the user and the business.
At PayPal redesigned the card management experience, focusing on revitalizing the user flows and information architecture to improve intuitive navigation between experiences. I also led usability testing sessions, synthesizing user feedback to ensure end to end user centered design.
